Registration & Immunization

In order to register your student for one of the schools in the Mesa Vista Consolidated School District, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Updated immunization records
  • Proof of residency
  • Birth certificate
  • Previous school records and transcripts

 

To register your child, please visit your child’s school to receive registration information and complete the registration process. You will also be able to learn more about requirements, school and office hours, and other important information.
